RankLibServer blocking a specific IP. #2341

Issue description

I recently added my Pocketmine 3.1.1 server to a few server lists. Almost immediately I started getting messages from "RankLibServer" about how it is blocking the same IP for 5 seconds. This message pops up over and over again...(every 5 seconds, I timed it.) As a server-owner it can be important for me to read through the console, but with that error every 5 seconds, it makes it impossible. (because every time a new message comes in, it brings me back down to the bottom of the console window. I finally decided that enough was enough and banned the ip, but then the server lists said my server was offline with 0 players. I do remember the lists saying that the server needs to accept UDP requests. So I pardoned the IP and now its back to doing it every 5 seconds. (But my server is now listed as online on the server lists.) Is there any way that I can make it not block the IP? Or a way that I can just make it so that the message doesn't appear? Cause its kind-of annoying.

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Add the server to a server-list

Seriously... Other people are having this issue too!

Tell the server lists to refrain from sending the blocked packets. This is not the servers fault.

I am wondering how though to disable this message in the logs or to unblock the packets.
