The setup process is indeed a pain in the ass on Windows, but since not that many people use Windows to host a server it's not really a high priority.

Description
Can you make the download easier like a windows downloader that you would use to download apps from the web?
Justification
It's a good idea because I don't know what I'm supposed to do since there isn't any visible way to download the .phar and I've done it before but this time I am confused as hell.
