imagecreatefrompng() error #4483

Issue description

Expected result: Can I use imagecreatefrompng() in my plugin
Actual result: [..:..:..] [Server thread/CRITICAL]: Error: "Call to undefined function imagecreatefrompng()" (EXCEPTION) in "..." at line ...

Steps to reproduce the issue

Use imagecreatefrompng() on PocketMine-MP app "on the phone" you will see an error"

OS and versions

PocketMine-MP: 3.23.1 for Minecraft: Bedrock Edition v1.17.30 (protocol version 465)
PHP: 8.0
Server OS: Android

Plugins

2021-09-29 [01:53:23] [Server thread/INFO]: Plugins (2): DevTools v1.14.2, Decorations v1.1.0

I remove all plugins. Incident did not happen.
I asked on Discord but unfortunately I didn't get any help
I'm think this is an app bug that's not setup by me!
