Issue description

Expected result: Jukebox should drop a record when broken in creative.
Actual result: Jukebox drops a record only when broken in survival.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Place a Jukebox.
Insert any record into the Jukebox.
Break the Jukebox in Creative mode.

OS and versions

PocketMine-MP: 4.12.2
PHP: 8.1.9
Server OS: Linux

Plugins

None.
