[tsconfig] Use react-jsx and don't import React anywhere #307

For a smaller bundle size.

[TSConfig] Use react-jsx for smaller bundle size
React is no longer required to be imported in every jsx/tsx file
Update devDependency lint-staged from v12.0.2 to v12.1.2 to avoid a peerDependency warning on install
