r838 11/13/08 Daily Build Database Editor GUI Crashes #98

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install r838 11/13/08 Daily Build
2. Run the OML Database Editor

Using the x86 version, running the OML Database Editor (GUI version) on my 
system crashes the application immediately.  The command line version seems 
to work fine.

Still happens for me with build Open Media Library 0.21b Daily Build - (r844)

There are new components used to improve the usability of the editor. Those 
components do not appear to be getting installed with the application. There 
may 
also be a problem with the how those components are registered/licensed in the 
editor. I am researching that.

This has been fixed with the latest build. I'm still researching the removal of 
the 
DevXpress popup.
