Add env DATABASE_URL, user, and password into Sys prop #65

We should enhance AppConfig class to add these information for the sake of 
Heroku platform deployment. With these added, we should able to access to the 
POSTGRES database it comes by the platform.

Actually, adding these data will not help, because Quartz properties support 
for "$@other.property.name" can only reference other value in this file, not 
Sys properties! :(
