Addresses issue #3, and consequences of that change.

Summary of changes:

Implements SPDX template based matching on full texts (issue #3)
Switches to returning SPDX expressions, rather than just identifiers
Adds "metadata" to help identify the source of each expression, and the library's confidence in it
