fix openshift ssl integration #93

I missed some key integration on enabling Broker with SSL.

Nope, I was wrong, this is fine. I was doing some work on a new /healthz handler and had changed the timeouts and as it was reporting non-ready, it was blocking the controller end point on the getCatalog request making it look like the CA fix had failed. Interesting. All is good with this PR.
