[Bug?] Cataclysm iridium mine production is a fifth of what the tooltip says #1138

Even though the iridium mine tooltip in cataclysm says 0.55 Coal Production, it seems to only give 0.11 per mine. It seems that the coal miner job's impact is still being applied - not sure if this is intentional.
