A meta tag with viewport is missing in "index.html" #959

I went to inspect the game page in Microsoft Edge and the console reported that a meta tag with viewport is missing.

A 'viewport' meta element was not specified.

Someone out there who knows a lot about front-end could adapt the GUI of the game page to behave better on mobile devices. I reported this problem earlier today on Discord, but I didn't know that's why.
