the web build probably can remove from FS :

./share/postgresql/*.sample
./lib/lib*.a 
./lib/postgresql/pgxs (?)
./bin  (15M)
./include (7.3M)

timezones ? (1.5MiB !)

encodings ? ./lib/postgresql/utf8_and*.so
