MCD Data Editor #5

the one thing i felt was missing from the program was in the mcd data window, you couldn't change any of the values, only look at them.

After I saw "MCDEdit" I decided that mapView should just have the option to open the current MCD using that app, and update MapView with the changes done there.

Since MCDEdit works (With a few bugs in it) In overall it will be easier to make that change and just use the app.
