Requirement - Update #3

Since this example demonstrate the integration of Watson Machine learning with Data Science Experience (DSX). Requirements section does not state the Data Science Experience (DSX) how to create GoodsCategoryPrediction model and publish API. I am new to space, finding trouble in connection dots...

@wsobala please provide instruction how sample model GoodsCategoryPrediction can be added to the instance of WML (please note this is 1st beta drop)
