Manual time entry #11

Should be able to change rate of time passage and enter in dates manually. The control bar should also look nicer.

Added a time rate slider and made the control buttons look nice. Manual date entry still needs done but it's not a priority. The time entry should use a standard date picker. Not sure where the button for it will go - maybe replace the "reset to current time" button, and move that button into the date picker itself?
