Propose to remove ejdb driver #38

Hi guys! I propose to remove ejdb 1.x driver because at not maintained and replaced by ejdb2. On other side ejdb2 is based on iowow engine already listed here. So I don't see any reason to keep it. What do you think? @pmwkaa
