View logs to see which utterances are getting misinterpreted. This will be an ongoing ticket.

Feedback from Alexa Skills Certification

The example interactions that you choose to present to users in the companion app must be included in your sample utterances. These sample utterances should not include the wake word or any relevant launch phrasing.

Please consider adding the following under your sample utterances: a. when the next train arrives at {Metro Center|station} b. departures from {Metro Center|station} c. service {Advisories}
