Improve automatic labeling for Git Logs analysis results #2

Two changes to make the file names more useful

  1. Add a sequence number suffix to the branch name. Something like 'HEAD-03 b23fa8f ...dnli'.
  2. Use a name generator with a fixed time stamp, so all the file names are guaranteed to have the same final 12 character ending.
