Recompile Documentation from LaTeX to HTML #60

The process for generating the HTML files from .tex files is somewhat complicated right now and I haven't been able, yet, to recompile all of the documents. This needs to be done before we can ask people to revise the documentation.

We are not using LaTeX anymore for the documentation.
