Refresh issue #17

Hello,

First off, thanks for your work and this integration as I understand this is very difficult to maintain it due to Life360 changes.

I am running 0.3.10 on haos 2024.5.4 Since yesterday I am testing the integration but I have major refresh issue. Whenever I restart the integration it is fetching the correct location status but after a while it does not refresh...my kids are reported being at home while they are not ;)

I see for instance while I am writing now, entities have not been updated for the last 20 hours even though we all have moved back and forth from home.

Any advise how to solve it? Is there a way to automate the integration to auto refresh for instance?

What version of the integration are you using? Do you have "Enable polling for updates" turned on for the Life360 integration entry? It should be on by default. You would have to select "System options" in the integration's entry "three dot" menu to get to the dialog box to turn it off. Have you seen any ERROR or WARNING messages? Did you enter a value in the integration entry's options for "Max GPS Accuracy", and if so, what number did you enter?

If by "0.3.10" you meant that is the version of the integration you are using, then you definitely need to upgrade to the latest beta release, which is currently 0.5.0b6.

Enable polling is turned on but yes I just realize I was on the master branch. I have just updated to 0.5.0b6. Will test it and report back. Many thanks for your quick answer and support!
