not compatible with Mavericks #1

perhaps some kind C programmer would like to make a pull request to get this working now that the 'Enable access for assistive devices' checkbox no longer exists

@williamcodes That's a bummer! Have you tried https://pqrs.org/osx/karabiner/? Supposedly it provides cross-keyboard modifier keys out of the box.
