Vertical Sync on default is broken again... #265

Uninstalled and reinstalled Compare plugin. Restarted Npp++. Synchronize Vertical Scrolling is still not enabled by default.

When you compare two files do they synchronously scroll in vertical direction without any action from your side (besides the scrolling itself of course)?
