navigator not showing #365

N++ 8.5.6

Just downloaded comparePlus v1.1.0

compared two files. Copied missing data from left file to right file. Navigator disappeared. cleared and re-compared still missing looked around if it's hidden - couldn't find it uninstalled/reinstalled plugin - still missing didn't realize how important it was to quickly find diffs tried original compare - use this alot in the past still no navigator window made this issue lol

Hi,

How did you copy the missing data from one of the files to the other? Please look at the ComparePlus plugin menu (under the Plugins tab in Notepad++) and see if Navigation Bar is marked or not. It should be in order to see it. If it is marked but is still missing then try minimizing Notepad++ and searching for a detached Notepad++ tools window - the N++ docking windows can be detached from their place and be moved around. Tell me how it goes.
