Upgrade PyQt4 -> PyQt5 #18

Hello, I maintain the debian package for python-whiteboard.

Debian developers are requested to upgrade every package from Qt4 to Qt5, so I made a quick check for python-whiteboard, the changes are not very difficult.

Please can you review the changes, and eventually pull them either into your branch master or into some other branch?

It would make sense to have the upstream development tree in sync with the future Debian package.
