EPT - non-laz data #4

Turns out that implementing laz for pnext-loader is a bit bigger chunk of work that kind-of makes it hard right now. It would be awesome if we had EPT sample data in the custom pointdata format - easier to see a result.

@martinheidegger is there a specific data format that you want? I'm not sure what "the custom pointdata format" is... but I can provide some point cloud data in various formats. For instance, x-y-z text stored as geojson or point clouds in the pcd file format. Do you have a preference?
