Delete problem-causing file #167

I was not able to clone the PUMI repository without disabling protectNTFS on Windows 11 because of a file with an invalid path "PUMI/Docs\abc".

This file is a dummy documentation test and not needed anymore. After deleting the file, Windows user should be able to clone the repository without problems.
