Add switch to sphinx conf.py to select a math extension #116

For the gh-pages we use sphinx.ext.mathjax while for debian package me add a patch to select 'sphinx.ext.imgmath` It would be nice to select the option via env variable e.g.

PNINEXUS_MATH_EXT=sphinx.ext.imgmath
