T4MP (Turok 4 Multiplayer) is an modification to bring online play to Turok 4 Evolution for PC it's currently not any where near being actually useable for competitive or serious gameplay but it's getting there.
I've been looking into Raknet, SLikeNet, ENet and others for some time now but haven't made a decision outside of the fact that I believe it's necessary to do, with the current implementation and the issues like #15 I think this would improve latency as well as lost data and latter help if lag compensation or interpolation were implemented.
