The updates in the readme have been made in order to reflect our current preferred method of setting up the dependencies required for the PNL Software. This removes the use of the pnlpipe build process which was how the pnlpipe software was built in the past. By removing that step, we have eliminated a cumbersome, highly coupled, and hard-to-maintain stage in the process, making maintenance and use of the pnl software much easier and controllable.
