Hi @mglyons,

FYI:

atlas.py use has been simplified
fs.py is set up with -hires as default.
fsl_eddy.py, fsl_topup_epi_eddy.py now require one additional argument: --config eddy_config.txt

The fsl_eddy/epi*py scripts are probably not used in our processing as of now, still noting down the changes here.
