Update ukftractography within docker to allow for --freeWater --recordFreeWater flags? #23

Hi there,

Is it possible for the docker container to be updated to allow for the --freeWater and --recordFreeWater flags within the ukftractography command?

Within docker container, for sure you can use any flag to run UKFTractography. The control is with you.

Hi Tashrif,

Thanks for your reply. When using the 'ukf' command within the container, there is no free water flag available. I see now that the flags are available when using 'UKFTractography' instead.

The command is UKFTractography. Check UKFTractography --help
