  1. [x] compute FVA on reference condition.
  2. [x] Use enzyme activity data to modify the bounds for non-reference conditions
  3. [x] Use external flux measurements to modify the bounds for the non-reference external fluxes
  4. [x] run E-flux with slack variables to compute the condition-specific flux distribution.
  5. [ ] Create a triangular distribution where
    • lower = lower - slack
    • upper = upper + slack
    • center = E-flux flux
