Load in Pavlo's Data

The first step to generating any BMCA workflow, we require the data to be downloaded.

the next step is to organize Pavlo's data such that it is easy to ingest into Bayesian MCA.

this means that:

• Column index represents sample IDs (and sample IDs are the same across different omics measurments)
• Rows represent protein or metabolite ID (where the protein or metabolite ID corresponds to an ID in the SBML model)
• Issues such as missing data, or ragged arrays are annotated as such for downstream processing
• A reference sample ID is identified, and data is normalized with respect to the reference sample
• growth rate and sucrose production are clearly marked
• EFlux2 is run on the transcriptomics data to get condition-specific flux predictions
• Flux measurements from 13C MFA are included
