Prepare dataframes for Pathway-Tools Smart-Tables #11

The raw dataframes representing experimental observations have indices inconsistent with standard database IDs. We need to convert the dataframe index from the current format to something like Bigg IDs or at least the common names that can be recognizable by pathway tools to leverage the smart-table functionality.

Please add the Circadian data to the Smart Table, and also map the circadian data to the model using this format: https://github.com/pnnl-predictive-phenomics/syn_bmca/issues/3#issuecomment-2078135968
