Add fluxomics data from GAPDH strain

Extract Fluxomics data from this paper, and place it in a new folder in https://github.com/pnnl-predictive-phenomics/syn_bmca/tree/main/data/GAPDH-fluxomics

This involves several subtasks:

• [x] Extract the model refinements made for each strain in supplementary Table S3 in Multimedia component 1
• [ ] Map the model reaction ids on the MFA models sheet of the Multimedia component 5 to the reaction ids in the synechococcus metabolic model.
• [x] Generate csv files that contain the minFlux, maxFlux, and maxBiomass columns for each strain/condition in Multimedia component 5
