Windows Redirect with ReactJs and TypeScript fixes #181

This PR includes the following changes

  1. windows redirect() and reload() is replaced with react async functions
  2. typescript error fixes

My testing indicates that the navigation into projects does not always work. Similarly for navigating into a workflow.
