Github workflow for release merge to production #198

This workflow creates a pull request to merge changes from the main branch into the production branch once a release is published.
The pull request requires manual intervention to review and confirm the changes before merging into production. This process helps ensure that the release changes moving to production are verified, especially considering that multiple pull requests may have been merged into the main branch after testing.

Please note that this workflow has not been tested in this repository branch but has been tested in a personal repository.

Pull request will be created as below by github-action bot
