Improving the UX of the project screen home and project details screen

1. Home and Project Screen updated with new user experience
2. Buttons color updated to Green to match the app
3. Included new components for 'Save' and 'Cancel button in the project information screen
4. Included new component for 'DocNameInput' to validate doc name and display appropriate error message.

Based on my local testing:

• I'm not sure we want the "Confirm Delete" dialog when we click "Cancel" when creating a new project. Confirming deletion would seem to imply that there was something to delete. From the user's perspective, they haven't saved the project, so they won't expect to need to delete it.
• I think the pencil and trash can icons should be a bit bigger. Teressa may have some guidelines to follow.
• After deleting the two projects I created, I was brought to the home page. After a couple of seconds I got an error page with Error code: 5 "Something went wrong while displaying this webpage". Refreshing brought back the homescreen. I've gotten this error again since then.
• One home screen, I think "For your record" should be "For your records". I also think "For reporting to the state" should be "For quality assurance reporting"

Following are the changes in the recent comitt

• Cancel confirmation modal dialog is removed
• Icon size increased for Pencil and Trash icons in home screen and installation list screen
• I have not seen this issue during my testing. But changes made to ensure that only one db instance is created from any component that requires data from db. Please if you can clear the local cache and try again.
• Text updated accordingly in the home screen.
