i2x-der: progress bar #1

The progress bar does not update during daily simulations. In duty cycle simulations, a second progress bar appears, which does update. Need to fix in OpenDSSDirect.dll

EPRI has fixed this on April 20, but we can't use the fix in i2x-der until they update the pypi distribution to version 2
