Clarification of ingroup_n and outgroup_n in 'enrichment_comparison' (Fix code) #39

Currently, in the output measures (results) from the 'enrichement_comparison' option, ingroup_n gives all occurances of pathway members in all samples in group 1 (condition 1). Similarly, outgroup_n gives all occurances of pathway members in all samples in group 2 (condition 2).

That means if there are 10 proteins in the pathway and 20 samples the ingroup_n will be 200. This is not very useful and it’s confusing because that’s not how other enrichment methods in leapR work.
