Model item messages refactor

Query model information should be specified in the model artifacts, not in the ModelItem. ModelItem should be for only the message models.

Changes include:

• [x] Move "named" and "default" properties from ModelItem to ModelArtifactItem
• [x] Rename ModelItem to MessageModelItem
