data.py does not have correct paths for new folder structure #140

Many of the exported paths in data.py have not been updated as the folder structure of TESP has been modified. Each of these paths should be evaluated and corrected as needed.

Looking through data.py and the install directory structure everything looks fine to me. Closing this for now.
