Destination of Housekeeping and Diagnostic Reports #6

I have defined the destination of these reports are follows:

For pre-defined housekeeping reports, the initial destination is pre-defined. For all housekeeping reports, the destination is the source of the last (3,5) or (3,7) report enable command.

I need to check that this definition is reflected in the implementation
