I am updating the definition of the shared project "PUS Extension". In the communication standard, I added the following packet:

I then tried to add the definition of this report in the PUS Extension application (under CrPs PUS-Extension > Relations > PUS Extension) but I cannot find the newly added TM(12,12). Either I am overlooking something obvious or there is a bug somewhere ...

PS I was careful save the definition of the new TM(12,12) packet.
