In the FW Profile Editor, a Procedure is composed of the following elements:

One Initial Node
One or More Final Nodes
One or More Action Nodes
One or More Decision Nodes
One or More Notes
Control Flows linking nodes to each other
One or More Note Connectors for each note

All of these elements should remain unchanged in the FCP Editor. Additionally, we should have two more elements in the FCP Editor:

Call Nodes: a special kind of action node where the "action" consists in calling another FCP
TC Nodes: a special kind of action node where the "action" consists in sending a Telecommand

Call Nodes are described in issue #6. TC Nodes are discussed in issue TBD.
