Dear community, I am starting with the regular excuse this is my first time here and I would be so thankful for support on my task.
The idea is to have a Sharepoint list where for any day of the year there is a quiz question and 3 answer options, where one, two or three may be true. I would like to show questions and answer option as a nice looking webpart to allow users to playfully learn something. I sorted out the day-trigger, what I am struggling with is so show the 4 segments separately and nicely designed, to allow for input and to show the result. Results should not be saved.
Hopefully the screenshot gives you an idea what I am after
Would be like early Christmas getting some help from you ;-)
