Function 'Move-PnPFolder' missing in the on-premises SharePoint PnP modules (13 and 16) #1302

Reporting an Issue or Missing Feature

The PnP commands are said to work against both SharePoint Online as SharePoint On-Premises. However, I cannot seem to find the function Move-PnPFolder when I work against the on-premises environment.

Expected behavior

I would expect the function to be available and behave the way it does with SharePoint Online.

Actual behavior

I get output of: The term 'Move-PnPFolder is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function ...'

Steps to reproduce behavior

Run the Move-PnPFolder function after importing the module SharePointPnPPowerShell2013.

Which version of the PnP-PowerShell Cmdlets are you using?

What is the version of the Cmdlet module you are running?

2.21.1712.2

How did you install the PnP-PowerShell Cmdlets?

Could somebody update the documentation as this is still not available on-prem, being one year later.
