Connect-PnPOnline - "Connection Closed" error when using credentials object #1687

Reporting an Issue or Missing Feature

Reporting a bug I have observed with the latest (3.0.1808.1) build.

Specifically related to the Connect-PnPOnline command when passing a "Credentials" object

NOTE - If I swap out the SharePointPnPPowerShellOnline folder with an older version, then everything works fine! With no errors

Expected behavior

It should initiate the connection to SPO.

Actual behavior

Error Message: The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a receive.
