Set-PnPRequestAccessEmails cannot set a web to use the Owners Group to receive access request. With the new SharePoint CSOM out, please change this Cmdlet to do this, as many of us have thousands of legacy sites set with an email address only and we'd like to switch access request to the Owner's group.
