Thank you for reporting this issue. We will be triaging your incoming issue as soon as possible.
MSI releases are no longer being provided. The way to install or update PnP PowerShell is through using Install-Module/Update-Module. If you were looking for the MSI because you want to use it on a machine without an internet connection, read the following steps how to deal with this:
https://github.com/pnp/PnP-PowerShell/releases/tag/3.28.2012.0
under: "How to install on a machine without an internet connection and make the cmdlets automatically available in PowerShell"
Notice: many issues / bugs reported are actually related to the PnP Core Library which is used behind the scenes. Consider carefully where to report an issue:
Apply-PnPProvisioningTemplate
orGet-PnPProvisioningTemplate
? The issue is most likely related to the Provisioning Engine. The Provisioning engine is not located in the PowerShell repo. Please report the issue here: https://github.com/pnp/PnP-Sites-Core/issues.Reporting an Issue or Missing Feature
